Appointments
The cornerstone of cardiac care is the conversations you have with your cardiologist. Your medical history, symptoms, and exam are vitally important in determining which diagnostic tests you may need and what the best treatment plan will be. Given this, at CardioCare we ensure all patients have adequate time during their visits to talk with their cardiologist about their cardiac concerns and symptoms. This applies to all appointments - new patient appointments, cardiac risk assessments, routine follow up appointments, - or urgent visits for an acute issue.
New Patient Appointments
Whether you are concerned about a new cardiac symptom, have a known heart condition, or are interested in assessing your cardiovascular risk and how to lower it, Cardiocare’s cardiologists and staff have the expertise to help. We are always accepting new patients and welcome the opportunity to help diagnose, treat, and manage any cardiovascular condition.
For new patient appointments, please be sure to bring your photo I.D., insurance card, and referral (if applicable) with you.
Follow Up Appointments
Many cardiovascular conditions require ongoing treatment and management after an initial diagnosis. After the first appointment with your cardiologist, he or she will help determine when you need to come back in for a follow up appointment. If further testing is needed at the time of follow up, that will be scheduled for the same day as your appointment. If a question or concern arises prior to your scheduled follow up, please contact us by phone or email. If needed we will reschedule your appointment for an earlier date.
For follow up appointments, please bring your updated insurance card if your insurance information has changed since your prior appointment.
