Jack Flyer, MD

I’m a gastroenterologist in Washington DC and have known Dr Flyer for well over a decade. Not only does he take incredibly good care of the patients I refer to him, he’s also saved my father’s life on two separate occasions. I am so grateful for his excellent care, compassion and availability. It is a winning combination!

Dr. Flyer is such a fabulous cardiologist. He is thorough in his examination and has exceptional bedside manner. He is so caring, and I would see him again in a heartbeat!

The staff and Dr. Flyer were great. An initial consultation, EKG and Echo, plus follow-up would normally require 2 or 3 appointments with most doctors but was accomplished all at once at this office.

I was very pleased with my visit and more convinced that I've chosen the right doctor. I knew from my research that Dr. Flyer was well trained, and respected by his peers. He is easy to talk to and very welcoming which explains why he is so well thought of by his patients. I am Very happy I found him.

Caring, thoughtful, non-alarmist doctor who took the time to listen to my symptoms, run testing and create a follow up plan. I highly recommend him.

My visit was nice and short. Dr. Flyer was very attentive and kind. He makes you feel comfortable, especially if you're seeing a cardiologist for the first time.

Dr. Flyer and the rest of the staff (reception, nurses, and technicians) at CardioCare are absolutely top notch. I never have to wait more than a few minutes after I arrive for my appointment and everyone is very friendly and professional. While their Chevy Chase office is over an hour away from where I live in NoVA, it's definitely worth the drive.

I can't recommend Dr. Flyer more highly. He's a super-skilled practitioner and also a warm, decent, thoughtful, accessible human being. The people who work with him are awesome too.

Friendly nurses and staff, and everything was pretty fast. The main thing that surprises me is that Dr. Flyer actually responds to email! He is the only doctor I've ever had who is available in this way. After a quick email exchange, I realized I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment. It was so much quicker and better than the usual "phone tag" that happens with doctors' offices.

Dr. Flyer is attentive and takes time to really listen to you. He is phenomenal and I highly recommend him!

I've had several dealing with Dr Flyer and found him to be most responsive and thorough. Visits do take a while as they move from each testing phase, but that is common in any settings where there are multiple tests involved. I sent him an email with some test results and he called with results in less than 30 which I found very impressive. I have a good understanding of the procedures and what is going on but he took the time to explain more. My mother use to see him many years ago and I was impressed with him back them though may dealing were on a much more cursory level. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a cardiologist

They were professional and organized with a modern office space. And Dr. Flyer was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I felt heard, understood, and not condescended to. If only all doctor's visits were this pleasant.

Dr. Flyer and his staff are just incredibly kind, professional, and overall the best people to be around. I am my mom’s primary caregiver. 10 years ago I took her out of Military health care and put her in civilian care. That was a good move and in that good move... dr. Jack Flyer/Eva/support staff of/at this office has been FLAWLESS. If I had more stars to give I would give them. If you want good care ...come here!
