A consumer-focused website for patients with congestive heart failure. The website was started by a patient with congestive heart failure seeking a web-based source of information. Finding no resources available, he created CHFpatients.com Inc for patients and their families to share research, networking, information, and communication among others. The site provides information and interactive areas online to help patients with CHF improve and lengthen their lives.
